Chief Strategist of Financial Growth

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in South Mumbai. The Director of FP&A will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, while also preparing reports, conducting analysis, and developing models that guide strategy.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets across brands.
- Design and build scenario planning and valuation models to inform strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain robust management information systems (MIS) and cash flow management systems for scalability.
- Enhance and professionalise finance and accounting controls and processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Manage investor relations through accurate projections and clear communication.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and significant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
- Proven track record of helping restaurant businesses scale and grow.
- Expertise in financial forecasting, cash flow management, MIS, and valuations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and investor-facing skills.
- CA or MBA Finance preferred.
