Full Stack Data Scientist Position

This is a full-time, remote position for a data scientist. They will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of marketing and sales data to support incrementality testing.

  • As a data scientist, work with other team members to actively deliver geo test outputs for clients.
  • Develop and implement statistical models to solve everyday market analytics challenges.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis using spreadsheets or Excel to understand data.
  • Interpret results from geo tests and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Use results of a test or analysis to arrive at attributed conversions & multipliers.
  • Work with larger datasets, perform data manipulation & pre-processing.
  • Collaborate with strategist teams to translate business questions and objectives into analytical frameworks.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather the data required for building models.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics.
  • 2+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing, regression, and time series analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming and query languages like Python, R, and SQL.
  • Understanding of marketing channels, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and preprocessing.
  • Strong MS Excel, Google sheets skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to tell compelling stories with data.
  • Experience using PowerPoint or Google slides to present findings.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
