Experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant Required

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of an SAP Fieldglass Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementation, incident management, and end-user support for SAP Fieldglass solutions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver robust solutions that meet the needs of contingent workforce and services procurement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in providing support in a fast-paced environment and a minimum of one full-cycle implementation under their belt.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and support end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring modules such as Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Incident Management: Monitor and manage incident tickets related to SAP Fieldglass, performing root cause analysis, resolving system issues, and ensuring timely closure of tickets.
  • User Support & Training: Provide level 2 and level 3 support to end-users and super users, handling tasks such as user access and role creation, conduct training sessions, and create essential knowledge articles and SOPs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass, with at least one full-cycle implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of core SAP Fieldglass modules: CWM, SOW, and Services Procurement.
  • Experience with integrating Fieldglass with other SAP systems (ECC/S4HANA) or third-party VMS systems.
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
