Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Lead SAP FICO Specialist with in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Configuration and Management to spearhead our team's implementation efforts.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive domain expertise, hands-on experience in SAP system integration, and leadership skills to deliver impactful business solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in finance and 10 years in SAP system implementation
  • Relevant qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field, or Certified Accountant (SAP certification preferred)
  • Detailed understanding of tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST) configuration, specifically in the India context
  • Hands-on experience in implementing SAP FICO modules, including TRM, VIM, FM, and REFX
  • Proficiency in integrating other SAP modules, such as Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Project Systems, Human Capital Management, and Plant Maintenance
  • Ability to provide comprehensive end-user training and documentation
  • Mastery of automation, troubleshooting, and functional and integration testing
Responsibilities:
  • Map business requirements into SAP systems for seamless integration
  • Lead rollouts and implementations of SAP FICO, FM, TRM, and VIM in new and existing entities
  • Oversee migration activities and guide functional teams to ensure a smooth transition
  • Evaluate and enforce ITIL standards for application management support
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and partners to deliver customized solutions
