Investment Banking Analyst Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across various financial services, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, valuations, and financial advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.
  • Prepare investor presentations, pitch books, and deal collaterals.
  • Assist in transaction execution including M&A, private equity, and fundraising deals.
  • Perform industry and company research to support strategic insights.
  • Coordinate with clients, investors, and internal teams for smooth deal execution.
  • Support senior bankers in managing end-to-end deal processes.

Qualifications:

  • CA Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience (Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Valuations, or related roles).
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
