  • You will work closely with our Product and Data Science teams to design and maintain multiple technologies, including API backend systems, credit scoring and underwriting systems, payments integrations, and operations tools.

We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-moving environment, leveraging innovative approaches and customer-centric thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop APIs and backend systems for frontend clients, including mobile applications.
  • Integrate various third-party systems, such as payment gateways, identity providers, and messaging platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of new financial products.
  • Scale our backend services to handle increasing traffic and complexity.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience (3-8 years) of developing software for web-based or mobile products.
  • Proficiency in modern AI tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals, distributed systems, data storage, and agile methodologies.
  • Pragmatic approach to technology and product needs.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your own impact.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python.
