Senior Technical Lead

The role of Senior Technical Lead involves spearheading the development and implementation of complex software solutions. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy large-scale software applications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and establish best practices for software development.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help them grow in their careers.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent technical skills.
  • Proven experience with multiple server-side programming languages (Java with Spring Boot is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, including storage and compute.
  • Experience with relational databases, non-relational databases, and messaging systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum years of work experience: 8+ years.
  • Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
