Software Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team. This is a challenging role that involves designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications and services primarily using Core Java and the Spring Boot framework.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Core Java, proficiency with the Spring Boot framework for building microservices and web applications, and solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and data structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications and services primarily using Core Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support various front-end applications and external integrations.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, and design principles. Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks throughout the application lifecycle.
- Work closely with product managers, front-end developers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java.
- Proficiency with the Spring Boot framework for building microservices and web applications.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and data structures.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and ORMs (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
