**Job Overview**

We invite applications for a seasoned Accounts Payable expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant accounting experience and a sound knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable processes. As a project lead, you will be responsible for managing a team size of ~50 people and working on multiple ERP systems and manual-intensive tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

Account Payables Operations:

  • Document management and invoice processing
  • Helpdesk and correspondence support
  • Trade and non-trade activities (EDI & Non-EDI)
  • Vendor maintenance and database corrections
  • Intercompany non-trade payments and outstanding handling

Process Management:

  • Set up and monitor vendor master files
  • Payments and T&E processing
  • Audits and external regulatory reporting
  • Helpdesk and statement auditing
  • Escheatment function and VAT processes

Performance Metrics:**

  • Complete all activities within agreed time and quality standards
  • Meet KPIs/SLAs targets as applicable
  • Foster client happiness and successful audits

**Requirements:**

  • B.Com Graduation (MBA – Finance preferred)
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable domain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
