Senior Test Automation Specialist

As a seasoned test automation expert, you will lead the QA efforts for testing our applications and services. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium (Java/Python) to ensure high quality of software releases through systematic testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to cover all aspects of application functionality.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to ensure timely delivery and meet project milestones.
- Design and develop automated test scenarios to identify bugs and log defects in a timely manner.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Coach and mentor junior QA engineers and participate in code reviews and quality audits.
- 6+ years of experience in Selenium WebDriver test automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
- Experience in writing automation scripts for web and API testing.
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
- Experience with REST-assured or Postman for API automation.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of containerized environments using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
