As a Software Systems Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and building complex software systems to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recover, stabilize, and realign software projects facing significant delivery challenges.
  • Manage delivery recovery efforts end-to-end, including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and execution of turnaround plans.
  • Develop and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with Agile methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to sprint cycles and process standards.
  • Successfully re-baseline delivery plans, manage risks and issues proactively, and realign delivery commitments with stakeholder expectations.

You will have hands-on experience in managing large-scale software development, implementation, and transformation projects. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in software system recovery and stabilization.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to build and maintain trust through structured communications, governance routines, and proactive engagement. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing key schedule, quality & financial metrics, identifying cost leakages, and leading commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills in software development, as well as experience in Agile and SI delivery principles with a focus on transformation excellence, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction. You should also have hands-on experience in at least one major enterprise platform, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or other supply chain platforms.

Requirements
  • Minimum 13-15 years of experience in software development.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO).
  • Relevant platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday etc.).
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
