System Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled System Developer to join our team. As a System Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using multiple programming languages and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer software applications.
  • Utilize multiple programming languages and systems, including RPG, CL Programming, PDM, SDA, DBU, Query/400, ILE Advanced concepts, SQL, FTP concepts, and automation.
  • Create complex data retrieval and integration solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Design and develop stored procedures using the ANSI SQL standard.
  • Maintain project discipline, organization, focus, and timely deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining customer software applications.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and systems.
  • Proficiency in RPG, CL Programming, PDM, SDA, DBU, Query/400, ILE Advanced concepts, and complex SQL concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing direction and mentorship to others.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with IBM RDI Tools (Rational Developer for System i).
  • Experience in any change management tool.
  • Experience with Help Systems SEQUEL.
  • Knowledge of AGILE development standards/services and networking techniques.
