Job Opportunity

We seek a senior engineering leader to spearhead the maintenance and operations of our advanced fabric dyeing and processing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the upkeep and functioning of boilers, ETP units, soft flow dyeing machines, yarn dyeing equipment, knitting and rotary printing machinery.
  • Implement proactive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure worker safety and compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Lead and motivate the engineering team, driving efficiency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with management to align engineering efforts with production objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Textile Engineering.
  • 12–15+ years of experience in dyeing and processing plant engineering.
  • Strong track record of leadership in the textile industry.
  • Expertise in plant utilities, maintenance planning, and safety protocols.
