Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel prospective students on various undergraduate and graduate courses offered.
  • Provide guidance through data calling, online chat servers, and other digital platforms.
  • Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
  • Collect feedback from participants and consolidate it for improvement.
  • Handle queries over the telephone and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Convert leads to admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of our educational programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of telephonic and walk-in interactions for the day.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
