Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on quality goals and identify potential risks early in the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee product excellence through automation testing
  • Align with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps on quality objectives
  • Cover edge cases (time zones, Unicode, scaling boundaries) during the development cycle
  • Enhance CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage with automation engineers
  • Proactively identify quality risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Lead root cause analyses of production issues and drive systemic improvements
  • Report key quality metrics (defect leakage, automation coverage, flaky tests) to stakeholders
  • Champion continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release retrospectives
  • Promote a strong customer-first quality mindset across engineering

Requirements:

  • Automation expertise (80-90% of day)
  • Proficient in Selenium/Playwright
  • Proficient in Python/Java programming languages
  • Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
  • Experience in API Automation
