As a strategic leader in analytical development, you will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substance and drug product characterization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including ICH and FDA guidelines.
- Mentor junior staff in analytical techniques and best practices.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including method validation reports and stability protocols.
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
- Experience with method development and validation in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to analytical testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
