The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Brand Experience Designer & Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for crafting the visual identity and storytelling voice of our brand. This is a highly autonomous role, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing our visual language, including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX
  • Leading the creation of content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and other channels
  • Planning and executing creative campaigns that boost brand resonance and community growth worldwide
  • Utilizing AI-powered design tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, and Canva to enhance your creativity and productivity
  • Collaborating closely with our founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling
  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing content for maximum engagement

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus)
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
  • A deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics
  • Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge your creativity
  • A portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design
  • Excellent written English; Hindi or multilingual skills a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
