Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets from various sources across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex data sets from various sources across the organization.
  • Report Development: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings.
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (minimum requirement).
  • Experience: 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib.
  • Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Data Visualization: Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Statistical Analysis: Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
