Financial Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in debt syndication to originate and execute complex capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions through group relationships and new client acquisition.
  • Syndicate and structure debt solutions, including term loans, acquisition finance, project finance, and other structured debt instruments.
  • Conduct market scoping and offer customized corporate finance products to target customers.
  • Prepare detailed deal documents including industry analysis, commercial viability reports, financial models, and investor presentations.
  • Develop and review key transaction materials: Business Plans, Information Memorandums, Credit Appraisal Notes, CMA data, projections, and due diligence reports.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with a broad base of DCM investors including public/private banks, financial institutions, sovereign funds, and domestic mutual funds.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in debt syndication, credit underwriting, corporate banking, or structured finance.
  • In-depth understanding of banking products, credit policies, restructuring norms, and debt resolution frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing complex DCM transactions and institutional investor relationships.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA preferred.
