We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be working on restaurant and food-tech systems like POS machines, digital kiosks, mobile apps, and integrations with payment or delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand requirements clearly and raise questions if anything is missing.
  • Keep track of queries and updates so the team always has clarity.
  • Develop test cases and scenarios to cover all possible situations.
  • Prepare and manage test data (POS setups, menu, kiosk flows, integrations).
  • Perform manual and automation testing – including system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Test APIs, POS systems, kiosks, and menu modules.
  • Report bugs, track them, and follow through until resolved.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure everything meets the acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
  • Hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
  • API testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI or similar).
  • Automation testing (Selenium-Java or similar tools).
  • Familiar with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink.
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working.
  • ISTQB certification is a bonus.
  • Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and can handle ownership of tasks.
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Retail systems.
