System Tester

Our team is expanding to focus on defining and refining a suite of tests for enterprise readiness. You will be working closely with developers, architects, and product managers to define and develop test coverage for various use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate customer use cases in the test environment.
  • Design and execute system testing plans for new and existing features across multiple releases.
  • Work with development and support teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues.
  • Identify and document defects discovered during testing.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in software testing and automation, preferably in an enterprise storage product environment.
  • Good knowledge of file systems, protocols, and data replication concepts.
  • Strong automation skills and familiarity with tooling like pytest.
  • Familiarity with application ecosystems and directory services.

Other Requirements:

  • 8+ years relevant work experience.
  • Able to deploy and use 3rd party IO tools to simulate test workloads.
  • Skilled at reviewing design docs and test plans, and competent in authoring detailed test plans.
  • Experience in development and testing of RESTful web services and backend APIs.
