Project Manager - Pharma

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements. The role will include overseeing upgrades to RISE with SAP, managing third-party system integrations, and ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions.

This project delivers streamlined, compliant, and integrated business processes to enhance efficiency and support long-term growth.

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and align solutions with business needs.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre-go-live readiness, cutover, and post-go-live support to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution adoption across business and IT teams.
  • Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management in line with pharmaceutical standards.
  • Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with strong awareness of regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including commercial business flows and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience managing third-party integration projects and interface solutions.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
