Business Intelligence Specialist



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our data analytics team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and data-driven decision-making. As a key player in the data analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights that drive business performance.


Key Responsibilities :
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver relevant insights.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to support various departments.
  • Create and maintain documentation of data models, processes, and analyses.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing format to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Technologies :
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools : Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Python/R for data analysis.
  • Understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Solid grasp of statistical methods and ability to apply them in real-world business scenarios.
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms is a plus.
