Data Insight Expert

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Databricks to lead data-driven initiatives and drive business impact.
  • The ideal candidate will architect scalable data solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Optimize data workflows and ensure high performance across cloud platforms.
  • Lead data science projects end-to-end, from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science.

Skill Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and MLflow.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data wrangling.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
