Job Title - Project Manager

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including Project Leads, Technical Leads, QA/BA Teams, and clients, to drive business outcomes and meet defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Program Management : The Project Manager will lead and drive multiple projects at the same customer or multiple customers, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project milestones.

2. Stakeholder Management : The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program/project status, risks, and issues. They will also gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve program outcomes.

3. Solution Oriented : The Project Manager will look to build solutions for customers rather than just focusing on execution. They will drive business discussions and come up with possible solutions in the area of discussion.

4. Resource Management : The Project Manager will assign, track, and monitor work assigned to each resource, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. They will also ensure resources are upskilled regularly.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting : The Project Manager will establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and metrics to measure resource/project performance and success. They will prepare and present regular reports on program status, performance, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

6. Process Improvement : The Project Manager will continuously evaluate and improve current processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They will focus on business priorities and provide high-value delivery to the customer.

7. Risk Management : The Project Manager will be vigilant on the project and identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business Administration. Master's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years in a functional project management role.

- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 certification preferred.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in working from the client location will be a plus.

- Technological bend of mind, with the ability to contribute technically toward the project.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Experience working in the Insurance industry is preferred.
