We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with a strong background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to join our team.

As a Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an end user, power user or admin of leading EPM tools, strong understanding and knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and good understanding and knowledge on FCCS, ARCS.

The successful candidate will also have 3+ years of experience in EPM, strong communication and documentation skills, and ability to work independently from an offshore location.

Preferred skills include Chartered accountant or MBA finance, Oracle certifications, background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain, knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica, and Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
