Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and performing outbound cold calling and email outreach. Your primary goal will be to provide an overview of company services to prospects and schedule appointments for our sales managers/directors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and negotiation skills. You should also have experience with CRM software, lead generation, and data analysis. If you are a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, we encourage you to apply.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Perform outbound cold calling and email outreach
- Provide an overview of company services to prospects
- Schedule appointments for sales managers/directors
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Track leads and follow up until deal closure
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales
- Knowledge of CRM software and email marketing
- Lead generation and data analysis skills
