Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German. They must be able to lead by example, motivate team members, and drive results-oriented project planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions and ensure projects meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources effectively.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in German.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
