  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with expertise in AI and ML technologies.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for evangelizing the capabilities of AI and ML within the organization, working closely with senior leadership to understand business processes and propose strategic uses of these technologies to enhance business outcomes.">
  • A key aspect of this role will be partnering with functional heads to identify and solve complex business challenges through the application of AI and Analytics solutions.">
  • This includes translating business problems into analytical problems, building solutions leveraging AI/ML techniques, and driving strategic initiatives end-to-end.">
  • The selected candidate will also define and develop approaches to scale AI/ML agendas at the organization through various solutions, enabling business decision-making and co-creating data-driven business strategies.">
  • An important aspect of this role is building and managing external relationships with cross-industry/academia forums for outside-in perspectives, showcasing learnings, and driving innovation.">
  • Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for driving AI and Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation and continuous monitoring, while building and nurturing a strong team of next-generation business-focused problem solvers.">
  • Education-wise, an MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics etc from top-tier institutes is preferred.">
  • Experience-wise, a minimum of 12-15 years of work experience (preferably post-graduation) in analytical roles is required.">
  • Key competencies/skills required include strong collaboration, analytical thinking, storytelling with data, multi-tasking, project execution, passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI, hands-on experience with Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies, and deployment in cloud environments.
