Senior AI/ML Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI/ML Lead to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning efforts. As a key member of our team, you will drive the strategic direction and technical vision for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to AI/ML teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and efficient ML models, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Architecture Design: Contribute to AI/ML architecture design and implementation, leveraging expertise in machine learning algorithms, data ingestion, and MLOps pipelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, infrastructure, and data science, to translate business needs into production-grade AI/ML solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI/ML projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Team Enablement: Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers in developing best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and implementing process improvements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12-15 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading/managing AI/ML projects, achieving clear & measurable business objectives.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts & algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, as well as MLOps.
  • Certifications: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any public cloud platform.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading, motivating & inspiring teams to foster collaboration.
