System Support Specialist

The role of the System Support Specialist involves providing comprehensive support for financial systems, ensuring seamless treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in static data maintenance within financial applications and proficiency in Oracle/SQL Server database concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for treasury management systems
  • Maintain system integrity by ensuring accurate data entry
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues with bank statements and cashflows
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cash Xplorer functionality
  • Support core treasury processes including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong Oracle/SQL Server database expertise
  • Proficiency in SQL query authoring
  • Experience authoring, troubleshooting and fixing Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF)
  • Knowledge of treasury processes and interfaces
  • Working knowledge of Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies
