We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Accountant to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations in the real estate industry.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and records.
  • Handling taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance.
  • Assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects.
  • Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Supporting management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas, and excellent communication skills. A Commerce graduate from a recognized university and additional certifications in accounting/finance are preferred.
