Job Summary

The position of Technical Architect involves working in the new Mumbai office, integrated into a global delivery model. Depending on seniority, candidates will take on various responsibilities.

  • Work under the guidance of senior architects/project leaders.
  • Participate in design development, BIM-based documentation, and construction detailing.
  • Support projects in India as well as collaborate on international assignments across Europe and Latin America.
  • Gain structured exposure to global workflows, quality assurance standards, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Key Requirements

Candidates should have demonstrated Revit proficiency, experience across at least two project stages, and exposure to commercial sectors such as data centers, retail, and workplace environments.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, detailing, and Indian building codes.
  • For senior candidates: proven ability to manage deliverables, coordinate teams, and engage with clients.
Additional Considerations

Residency in India is required, along with fluency in English and availability for full-time onsite work in Mumbai. Joining within 3 months of offer is also essential.
