Wireless Network Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive tests and validations of wireless network functionalities, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Define wireless coverage requirements and select radio solutions as per project requirements.
  • Analyze and mitigate wireless network interference, dimensioning, link budget, and coverage planning.
  • Understand spectrum requirements and assist customers in procuring private wireless spectrum.
  • Prepare bill of materials and bill of quantities as per project requirements and help customers raise purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product and solution offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Prepare technical proposals responses for tenders and requests for proposals involving private mobile networks.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in wireless network design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of wireless network technologies, including 5G RAN.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers.
