  • We manage client-side content creation, ensuring high-quality final work while meeting deadlines.
  • We coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • We lead social media campaigns from planning to analysis, staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • We foster creativity by identifying and filling content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in blockchain and DeFi communities.
  • We utilize project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • A strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including gaming and crypto.
  • Knowledge of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • The ability to craft compelling tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
