The role of AI Innovator is to develop and implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing and developing innovative AI applications.

Mandatory Skills:
  1. Proficiency in GenAI Application Development, including knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
  • Development Tools: Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, Langgraph, LangSmith, Flowise.
  • Techniques: Knowledge of RAG Techniques.
  • Databases: Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant).
  • Additional Technologies: Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs, FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio.
Domain Model Fine-Tuning Capabilities:
  • Languages & Libraries: Proficiency in Python, Data Engineering, OSS LLMs (Llama2, Mixtral, GPT-Neo, GPT-J).
  • Tokenization & Frameworks: Knowledge of Tokenizers (SentencePiece, Hugging Face Tokenizers), Fine-tuning Frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch Lightning).
  • Datasets: Familiarity with HuggingFace Datasets, TensorFlow Datasets.
LLMOps Expertise:
  • Infrastructure & CI/CD: Experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions.
  • Monitoring & Management: Familiarity with Ray, SeldonCore, MLFlow, MLServer, Triton, BentoML, Prometheus, Grafana.
Data Engineering for AI Solutions:
  • Data Processing & Management: Proficiency in Python, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Delta Lake.
  • Workflow Automation: Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt, Apache NiFi, Fivetran, Airbyte, Great Expectations.
  • Data Catalogs: Familiarity with Amundsen, Collibra, Alation.
AI Security Knowledge:
  • Threat Modeling & Security: Knowledge of AI-Specific Threat Modeling Tools, Secure ML Pipeline Tools, API Security Tools.
  • Monitoring & Prevention: Familiarity with AI Security Monitoring Tools, Prompt Injection Prevention Libraries, Adversarial Example Detection Libraries.
GenAI Governance and Ethics:
  • Ethics & Fairness: Knowledge of AI Ethics Frameworks and Tools, Bias Detection and Mitigation Tools, Fairness Metrics Libraries.
  • Privacy & Security: Familiarity with Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning Libraries, Robustness and Security Tools.
  • Transparency & Governance: Knowledge of Model Interpretability Libraries, AI Governance Frameworks and Tools.
Performance Evaluation:
  • Metrics: Familiarity with Bleu, Rouge, Perplexity, BERT-Score.
