AI Engineer Transformation

As an AI Engineer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML products and modules from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale AI Agents, frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Design and deploy applications in cloud platforms.
  • Deliver minimum viable products with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of developers.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align technology strategy with business goals.
  • Actively contribute to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of strong coding and product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs, and cloud services.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
