At the heart of our organization lies a critical Service Provider role, which involves supporting clients in India with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A profound understanding of Cisco Mobility technologies is fundamental to this position, including core network architecture, call flows and protocols.
  • Proficiency in Cloud-Native Mobility Infrastructure & Virtualization is also essential, encompassing expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments for mobility solutions.
  • Experienced professionals will be responsible for the deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Mobility solutions.
  • Additionally, they will create and deliver customer-centric collateral, portals, documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • They will ensure that technical deliverables align with customer business outcomes.
  • Lastly, they must comply with and support company policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field are required.
  • An understanding of NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) and CNFs (Cloud-Native Functions) for service provider networks is necessary.
  • Familiarity with deploying Cisco Mobility solutions on private/public cloud environments is also crucial.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) for managing cloud-based mobility workloads are expected.
