Lead Android Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced MAUI Android Lead to lead our cross-functional teams in developing and maintaining mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading development teams, with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing modern mobile UI/UX layers that align with existing business processes, as well as ensuring seamless integration and delivery of high-quality code. Additionally, they will work closely with international teams to overcome technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading development teams.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, experience in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications.
Responsibilities
  • Understand Existing Systems: Analyze and understand the current application, including business logic, workflows, and technical constraints.
  • Code Migration & Compatibility: Migrate shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with the Windows environment.
  • Design and Solutioning: Contribute to architectural decisions during development due to the absence of a finalized design.
  • UI/UX Layer Development: Design and implement a modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Mandatory Skills: Extensive knowledge of C# and Android development, mandatory multi-platform app UI expertise.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices), familiarity with cloud technologies and services (e.g., Azure).
