Senior Unified Communications Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Unified Communications (UC) expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive UC strategies to meet the needs of our global organization.
- System Management: Oversee the management and optimization of Zoom telephony infrastructure, including contact centers, to ensure seamless voice and messaging services.
- AudioCodes SBCs and OVOC Servers: Deploy, maintain, and configure AudioCodes SBCs and OVOC servers to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Microsoft Teams Phone Systems: Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams phone systems in a fully cloud-based model, ensuring seamless integration with global telephony services.
- UC Platforms Integration: Integrate UC platforms with O365, Active Directory, and other IT systems, ensuring tight integration and compliance with regional regulations.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support for AV systems, including firmware updates and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal user experience.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to global security, compliance, and privacy standards, maintaining comprehensive documentation for UC systems.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in Unified Communications.
- Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Unified Communications, focusing on Zoom Phone and Microsoft Teams Phone, AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC server setup, and AV Zoom Rooms design and implementation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Teams UC platforms, AudioCodes SBCs, SIP trunking, call routing, and global telephony integrations, as well as strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and compliance for UC systems.
