Job Summary

The position of Ethics and Compliance Investigator is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of ethics investigations.

  • Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into alleged ethical violations, ensuring all relevant information is collected and analyzed.
  • Analyze investigation findings to determine the severity and impact of ethical violations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Develop comprehensive investigation plans, including timelines, interview schedules, and evidence collection strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and senior management to ensure alignment of investigation processes and outcomes with organizational policies and objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, ethics, CA, MSW etc)
  • Proven experience in conducting ethics investigations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of ethical principles, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Beyond technical expertise, successful candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also essential.
