Role: Performance Tester
  • Excellent experience with performance testing tools and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, and Webservice protocols are required.
  • Able to work independently in requirement analysis, designing, execution, and result analysis phases.
  • Proficient in developing customized codes in Java and C for optimizing VuGen scripts.
  • Effective in analyzing test results and coordinating with development teams for issue triaging and bug fixes.
  • Good understanding of OS internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols, and cloud infrastructures.
  • Ability to monitor production performance statistics and apply them to test environments to uncover performance issues.
  • Experience in monitoring databases and highlighting performance issues.
  • Desirable: Experience working on finance-banking domain projects.
Technical Skills:
  • LoadRunner - HTTP/HTML/Webservices protocol/Java Protocol.
  • Monitoring Tools: AppDynamics/Dynatrace/CloudWatch/Splunk/Kibana/Grafana/Datadog.
  • Database – SQL or MongoDB.
  • Unix basics.
  • Good understanding of cloud concepts – AWS/Azure.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable).
