Drive Bancassurance Sales through Partner Bank Branches in Ajmer, India
About the Role:- This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as a Bancassurance Manager and take charge of driving sales through our partner bank branches in Ajmer, India.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance sales through the bancassurance channel by leveraging our network of partner banks.
- Staff Training: Train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads, ensuring they have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure high persistency of business by consistently meeting customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report branch performance to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous business growth.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Skills: Strong communication & relationship-building skills, ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Local candidates from Ajmer, India are preferred for this role.
