Web Development Lead

We're seeking a skilled web development professional to oversee and manage our company website, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of end-to-end management and maintenance of the company's website.
  • Development, update, and optimization of site features using ReactJS and WordPress.
  • Maintenance of high-performing website with consistent uptime and responsiveness.
  • Implementation of regular website updates including content, design, and structural changes.
  • Collaboration with SEO, marketing, and design teams to integrate campaign requirements effectively.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and debugging as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in web development and management.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS (functional components, hooks, routing, state management).
  • Deep understanding of WordPress, including theme customization and plugin development.
  • Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Google Analytics, Search Console, and website heatmaps.
  • Basic understanding of server management (Apache/Nginx), cPanel, and cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with headless CMS or WordPress + React hybrid setups.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools for web deployment.
