Job Title: Operations Coordinator
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Operations Coordinator, supporting our team in delivering exceptional results. As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with senior management and execute instructions accordingly.
- Coordinate with team members to be deployed on the following day and ensure their presence at the venue on time.
- Ensure team members follow operational rules such as wearing jackets, using walkie-talkies etc.
- Manage logistics for the field team, including arranging travel, food, accommodation, and vendors for events.
- Submit requisitions for equipment deployment and obtain acknowledgements from the inventory team.
- Create and maintain a database of vendors and equipment rentals.
- Oversee team operations and delivery, ensuring adherence to protocols and guidelines.
- Facilitate equipment testing and mitigation in case of failures or technical challenges.
- Manage petty cash and update finance information.
- Create reports based on pre-existing templates.
- Act as a point of contact by reporting daily from the event location.
- Possess up-to-date updating and reporting skills.
- Be proficient in Marathi and English.
- Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
