- As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and strategic advice to the business and other support functions in India Subcontinent.">
- You will oversee all legal matters and ensure effective management of union-related issues, as well as provide end-to-end legal support in developing categories, working closely with R&D, Medical, Quality, Marketing teams.">
- The role also involves advising on classification, licensing issues, legal risks, and mitigation, as well as applicable laws and regulations.">
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
">- ">
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, food laws, drugs, cosmetics, legal metrology, competition law, compliance, and regulatory matters.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and draft contracts.">
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.">
- A combination of LLB and CS qualification is preferred.">
