Job Title: IT Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our IT Operations Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Act as a point of escalation for daily operational issues and work closely with stakeholders to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Operational Tasks: Oversee operational tasks, ensure proper documentation is maintained, and collaborate with business teams for changes or requests for new services.
  • Problem Solving: Provide support in solving incidents, service requests, and problems, and execute resolution of all incidents and problem enquiries.
  • Service Continuity: Ensure continuity in service provision and restore required services in case of disruption.

You will work closely with Infrastructure Leads, peers, IT Regional Managers, and OPS teams to build effective relationships and provide excellent customer service.

A successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server OS (2012 and higher), Virtualization – Hyper-V, VMWARE, Server hardware – Dell, HP, Storage Devices – Nimble / Alletra, Office 365 / Exchange server Management, Mimecast, OKTA, and other related technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical troubleshooting skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a busy environment.
