Job Description

The IT Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business operations. By providing comprehensive support across various aspects of IT infrastructure, this position encompasses end-user assistance, network maintenance, server upkeep, and overall IT system management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications, maintaining high service quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks, to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Manage user requests and incidents efficiently via the IT helpdesk/ticketing system, adhering to established protocols.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups within Active Directory/Office 365, upholding data security and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and system access issues, applying analytical skills and knowledge to resolve problems effectively.
  • Contribute to IT projects, such as cloud migration, system upgrades, and security enhancements, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Mandatory Skills:
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud technologies.
  • A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills, enabling effective communication with users and stakeholders.
