Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We're seeking an innovative and creative professional to lead our visual communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production.

  • Develop compelling social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts that go beyond templates.
  • Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements.
  • Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.
  • Distribute print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.

Motion Graphics & Video Creation:

  • Produce explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos.
  • Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
  • Utilize AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
  • Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.
  • Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • A solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
  • The ability to conceptualize and execute captivating visuals and videos.
