Head Electrical Maintenance CRM

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our electrical maintenance team. As Head Electrical Maintenance CRM, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising all electrical maintenance activities in the plant.

Job Requirements
  • Maintenance Management: You will prepare and implement detailed maintenance procedures to ensure safe and efficient activities. Monitor performance and provide recommendations to minimize maintenance costs.
  • Stores Consumables Management: Review requirements for new equipment or major repairs, evaluate existing proposals, and raise recommendations.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure 5S activities are carried out daily and use personal protective equipment (PPE) and work-specific safety gear to maintain an accident-free workplace.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive projects to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through data analysis.
  • Team Leadership: Complete departmental performance reviews and skill assessments. Foster maximum employee engagement.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Instrumentation with 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance.
